RDD Enterprises is looking for help in our composite shop and paint shop. This position requires some skill in prepping composite surfaces. JOB DESCRIPTION: General composite assists Perform surface prep in composite shop Perform surface prep in paint shop SKILLS: Read, write, speak the English language Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to lift 50 lbs, safely Understanding of and experience with acceptable paint practices for composite structures, helpful Able to competently use hand tools and power tools Desire to learn and strive for excellence Ability to work independently, once trained Ability to work quickly and accurately, using an organized approach to work and work area Attention to detail and precision. Ability to see and identify colors, accurately Willingness to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles Good communication skills both written and verbal; good interpersonal skills Conduct work with integrity and honesty, exhibit honor towards team members and adhere to directives
