Breakdown Crew Associate Mill experience preferred, not required. Full-time/Potential Long term Graveyard Shift: Sunday-Thursday/11:00 pm-7:30 am Wage: $14.00 hourly Breakdown associate must have good communication skills to ensure the quality and finished product is up to order standards. Breakdown responsibilities include the following: • Sticker placing in racks • Setting planer rolls in front of planers • Operating Hoists/Cranes • Ungun lock ups, putting rods in designated areas, stacking all blocks neatly Associate will need to be organized, detail oriented, and has had recent physical labor work history. Good hand/eye coordination required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, bend, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, pull and push consistently required.
