Need to rehome my border collie mix

I really don’t want to get rid of my dog but I just had a baby and don’t have as much time for him as I did. He is a border collie shepherd mix.. he just turned a year old. He has had his rabies shot. He loves car rides and loves to play fetch an water. He does jump when he gets exited we are working on that. He just turned a year old. He needs a big yard and someone who can have time for him. Breaks my heart to get rid of him but I feel bad. All my time is going to my newborn.
