Need help moving bags/cardboard from apartment *job now filled*

Hello, This is a very simple job. I have several garbage bags and pieces of cardboard that simply need to be taken from my apartment downstairs (there is an elevator) to the trash bins. Unfortunately, I have a heart condition that makes even a simple task like this difficult and stressful for me. I would like for this to be done tomorrow, 3/24, at some point in the afternoon/evening. Also, I would be paying via Venmo/Cashapp only. Do not expect cash.
