Tiny mini Aussie mostly white with some black! Running frantically near 17 & Jefferson thence to 19th & Lawrence. Lost her now, following in car as well as other folks trying to get her, too... followed to 19th & Lawrence. Called non-emergency police to send pet officer to try to catch... poor thing stops for water in puddles but won’t allow anyone to get close..
