Lost dogs in the bluff

Description

Seen 2 black & tan dogs all day today in the Waldron park area near my home. Male & female w/ spiked collars w/ no tags. I attempted to feed them & hopefully bring them in till I could find their owner, but the male was very aggressive & protective of the female who was very skittish. I last saw them about 30min ago at the playground in Waldron park.
