Description

The job is needed to install bathroom drains for a basement finishing project. $1250 for the entire job. This job consists of 3 major parts: 1. Break up the concrete basement floor. 2. Dig to access the sewage drain. Probably about 5 feet. 3. Dig trenches to locations for the new shower, toilet and sink drains. These trenches would be less than 12 inches below the surface. I will provide the jackhammer and any other tools, supplies, and equipment needed. There is a floor drain in the area where the new bathroom drains need to go. We have had plumbers scope the drains and identified the floor drain in this area is probably about 5 feet deep (where it ties into the main line). The overall work area is approximately 8' x 6'. The idea is to find the drains and uncover enough for the plumber to begin making connections. You DO NOT need to dispose or haul away any of the concrete or dirt.
