We are growing Property Management company looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician. EPA certification is required along with practical HVAC experience. In addition, the candidate will need some knowledge in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting/drywall. The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include completing apartment work orders and turning the vacant units after move-out. Additional responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are: -Rotating on-call schedule to respond to after hour maintenance emergencies. -Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for work not handled internally. -Purchase supplies and maintain stock levels. -Maintain maintenance shop in a neat and orderly fashion. -Coordinate and facilitate maintenance programs. -Additional duties based on Company’s needs.
