Job Description Full-time maintenance technician needed for group home agency. *MUST HAVE HVAC EXPERIENCE.* Job position requires experience in the following areas: Painting Patching / Texture / Finishing Drywall Stucco Appliance/Home Equipment Repair Carpentry Tile work Roofing Electrical/plumbing Furniture Assembly (bunk beds, desk, chairs) Basic Automobile knowledge The position is a weekly 40-hour position. Must be flexible, able to multi-task including prioritizing assigned duties with time efficiency. Responsible for communicating clearly to supervisor and tracking completed tasks. Excellent Pay and Benefits! Requirements Must be 21 and older Must have reliable transportation Must possess a valid driver's license. You must be eligible for level one Fingerprint Clearance Card. Diploma or GED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
