Groundskeeper Responsibilities include: Ensuring properties maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and building clean and Property Maintained Groundskeeper maintains natural environments and Landscaping including Mowing grounds, edging grass, gardens, trimming trees, limbs and shrubs, driveways, and sidewalks. Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment, visually inspect and clean all operating tools and equipment used daily Haul and Dump, move, lift, carry, push and pull all objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Assist maintenance as needed Walk and stand for extended period or for entire work shift Qualifications: Be able to lift 50 pounds Knowledge of power tools and other landscape equipment Required to work outside full 8 hour shifts including the summer Reliable transportation
