USAutomotive is looking for a motivated and experienced technician to help bring our shop to the next level! At USAutomotive, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. We are looking for a mechanic who can work independently of others, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. USAutomotive is looking for a technician to help us create an environment of success! Required Skills/Traits: Excellent communication skills Problem solving Self-motivated Works well under pressure Eager to learn/Fast learner Able to work in a fast paced environment Basic computer skills Good work ethic Automotive Technician/Mechanic Requirements: Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, engine repair. Diagnostic Expertise. Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment. Track record of high personal productivity. Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities. Automotive Technician/Mechanic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, etc. May require experience in leading other, less qualified, technicians in vehicle repairs. High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus. Valid Driver's License that meets insurance guidelines. Personal hand tools required to complete skills. CDL license is a plus.
