We are looking for painting subcontractor crews for the 2021 year for the South Kansas City area. We are a growing company looking for professional crews who take pride in their work. We are looking for Subcontractors to take on the exterior residential repaint contracts. We’ll take care of marketing, advertising, and sales...you deliver top quality work and get paid the same day projects are completed. Who are we looking for? Subcontractor who can show: - Professionalism, courteous and friendly to customers - Experience (exterior required, interior preferred) - Have own painting tools, airless sprayer, power washer, and reliable vehicles - Driver's license and vehicle insurance - Ability to read, follow, and execute exterior contracts - Crew that want to partner for consistent work - Liability Insurance Required ($1 million policy at a minimum) - Prefer workman's compensation on employees, but not required This is not an offer for direct employment.
