Superior Floor Care is searching for a flooring technician for commercial application. We are seeking an individual that can step in and learn our processes and techniques with the hope of eventually running a crew. We generally work in the Kansas City and surrounded areas and most days will start and end there. Attendance, availability and attitude are the most important traits we are looking for. Quality of work, attention to detail and being a team player are also important. The right individual will need a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation. This is a great opportunity for the right person. Starting pay is based on experience. The employment process will include a telephone interview, in-person interview and a final interview with the owner who you will be working directly for.
