If you know how to connect sink & toilet plumbing drain and faucets, connect tub drain and shower diverter, can work with PVC, copper and pex, and have some tools. Or if you know how to run an electric line for a new light fixture, installed recessed lights, replace outlets and switches, and if your looking for a couple days part-time work on up to full time, we might be the right fit for you. We currently have several days work for plumbing & electric in NE Philly near Levick and Rising Sun. Next month we have a new project in South Philly that could last 2-3 weeks. We handle several rental properties for people, so we get calls for leaking faucets or backed up tubs or outlet that don't work. We always seem to have something. We are looking to add someone to our team, first choice is day time hours, starting tomorrow, but if you can only work nights or weekends, we will consider that too. Could develop into other jobs if you have other skills & tools. Framing walls, closets, drywall, spackle, trim work, etc. I have no problem paying talented people $15, $20, even $25 an hour BUT I start everyone at $10 an hour, and you have to prove to me you have the skills needed. To many people SAY they have the skills and they don't, so I no longer start people at a higher rate until they PROVE IT. ALL WORKERS START AT $10 AN HOUR - MUST PROVE TO ME YOU ARE WORTH MORE!!! If you think you are worth $20 an hour, give me one full day at $10 an hour and prove it. If you are not willing to prove it, please do not bother responding. If all is good after day one, we can discuss going to $15 an hour, or even $20 an hour, if you've got the skills. I pay cash at the end of the day. This is a great job if you are already collecting unemployment or other benefits, but either way its cash to start. Some jobs last a couple days, some last a month, depends how much we are doing in the house. We usually have weekends off, most days start at 8 or 9am If interested TEXT ME the words "I've got skills" along with your name and I will call you back.
