College experience preferred but not required. Those who are capable of quickly grasping the technique of moving, leading a crew and interacting with our customers can quickly advance. Cross country driving for long distance moves is possible. Management options avail to the right candidate Job Responsibilities 1- Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings 2- Guide customer through the moving process from beginning to end. 3- Perform walk-throughs with client at job site to ensure customer and the team are on the same page 4- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing; interact with customer with a courteous and positive attitude. 5- Assist crew leader with preparing truck based on job details 6- Assist crew leader with paperwork, billing and job close out responsibilities Job Requirements Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety and hustle in your job. 1- High school diploma or equivalent 2- Excellent customer service skills 3- Professional attitude and demeanor 4- Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful 5- Stamina to lift heavy items (80 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. 6- Good hand-eye coordination 7- Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time or Part Time Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
