Commercial Property Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced Parking Lot Sweeper. This is not a driving job. You will be out of the truck operating a backpack blower, changing out trash bags, sweeping, etc. Requirements: Must be able to do physical work for 8-10 hours at a time. Physical work includes lifting of heavy trash bags and using a commercial backpack blower. Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop. Must have a clean driving record for the past 36 months. Must be able to work nights, sleep during the day, and have relevant experience. Must have a cell phone that can send & receive pictures for good communication. Pay is starting at $14.50 to $16.50 DOE UBER & LYFT drivers need not apply. This is an intense physical job.
