JANITOR / CUSTODIAN – FULL TIME POSITION

Description

This is a full-time position working a 2nd shift in Tucson and Oro Valley areas. Monday through Friday. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming them. • Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms. • Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and standards. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow written and oral instructions. • Ability to work effectively with a team, as well as independently.
