I’m fostering sweet Phillis or Philly or Phil and hoping to find her a forever landing place. She is a lovely little girl with lots of personality. She gets along well with dogs and cats and wants to be their friend if they are kind to her. She has the cutest little baby meows that are bound to make you smile. She seeks out attention once she is used to everyone in the home which only took about a day - what a champ! She loves pets and makes biscuits when she’s happy. Definitely a cuddly companion. She loves to snooze and rub against her catnip balls during the day. She is clean and doesn’t scratch :) She should be an indoor pet. She is spayed, microchipped and has all her shots.
