Handyman needed for grading, foundation & gutter repairs

Description

I have a very old house with rock foundation and partial leaking basement. I need someone do any or all of the following: to remove a section of concrete &/or add dirt for grading on 2 sides of the house. to slope a 40 foot gutter to the 2 corners, instead of in the middle to jack up the house just enough to re-align &/or reposition the supporting posts & put in more stable bases to remove cracked & bowing concrete walls.
