$25 - $30 /hour – Lead Framer Experience: 5 years (preferred) Valid driver’s License Reliable transportation Dependable – shows up everyday Punctual – shows up on time Framing knowledge – read and interpret blueprints, cutting rafters Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices Attention to detail and ability to multi task Responsible for producing high quality work, safely and productively at all times Handle planning and prep work in an efficient manner Manage 2–4-man crew effectively Skilled with appropriate use of tools used in the framing trade Own your own circular saw, reciprocating saw, drill, cords and basic hand tools $20 - $25 /hour – Framer Valid driver’s License Reliable transportation Dependable – shows up everyday Punctual – shows up on time Attention to detail and ability to multi task Responsible for producing high quality work, safely and productively at all times Skilled with appropriate use of tools used in the framing trade Own your own circular saw and basic hand tools $15 - $20 /hour – Framers Helper Valid driver’s License Reliable transportation Dependable – shows up everyday Punctual – shows up on time Attention to detail and ability to multi task Responsible for producing high quality work, safely and productively at all times Skilled with appropriate use of tools used in the framing trade Own your own basic hand tools
