The following qualifications are required in order to be considered; • Candidates must have work boots, no other footwear is permitted • Must be able to consistently and safely lift 50-75 pounds repetitively during the shift • Reliable transportation to and from our office in Fort Pierce to report to work • Must be able to work outdoors in the heat and rain when required while managing your water consumption to stay hydrated • Must be able to work well with others and take direction well – this is very important • Must represent yourself and our company professionally and favorably in public • Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift and safely assume a standing position on the back of the truck while it is in motion for very short distances. These positions offer weekly pay (including first week), bonus opportunities, overtime hours and pay, and potential advancement. You will be required to complete a mandatory safety orientation program and will participate in weekly safety meetings. Safety procedures that are in place must be adhered to daily and failure to do so will result in suspension and/or termination. Preference given to candidates with trash collection experience, construction and/or landscape experience, and experience working jobs that are based outdoors.
