Part time grounds keeper/maintenance technician that will be responsible for ongoing landscaping tasks, general maintenance and repairs, as well as routine maintenance of all landscaping equipment. We have several flower gardens on our property that require regular maintenance. If you have experience in landscaping/maintenance, working knowledge of underground sprinkler systems. basic electrical, plumbing, painting, building repair knowledge, ability to prepare and clean vacant apartments for future tenants and strong attention to detail you may be the perfect fit for this job.
Required:
Valid driver's license
Own transportation
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) Years experience
