Landscape construction firm is looking to fill the role of crew member. The ideal candidate will have strong abilities of carpentry/masonry. The main goal of the position is having excellent hand-on craftsmanship to meet high quality work. Ideal candidate will: - have an excellent understanding of masonry and carpentry techniques, methods of installation, and construction techniques in terms of building wood fencing, decks, pergolas, planter boxes, outdoor furniture and patios. - work to physically build the construction elements set forth by the Designers or Project Managers in their design and plans. - enforce necessary precautions to protect homes and public spaces during construction. Job Type: 4 weeks with possibility of future work Location: Brooklyn, NY Hourly Rate: $20 - $30 based on experience
