For example, in this position you can be promoted to a Crew Lead once you gain the leadership and technical skills to do so!   As an Irrigation Service/Install Technician, you would be responsible for: Working as a team or independently to perform irrigation service or installs at both residential and commercial properties  Backflow Testing (if certified*) Utilizing cones and signs to properly set up work zones Maintaining a high level quality of work Utilizing safety PPE Potential use of shovels, picks, tillers, loaders, sod cutters, laser levels, plate compactors, and other hand and power equipment, if needed to perform irrigation-related tasks. Requirements: Must be a team player with a positive attitude! Backflow Certification a plus! (*if willing to obtain, potential bump in pay) Must have a valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years old Ability to follow directions and work independently Ability to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to a variety of weather conditions Ability to navigate uneven terrain, stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift in excess of 50lbs on a regular basis Our core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
