small engine repair

I have a sit down mower - Craftsman with Kohler engine - that won't start. It's been sitting since last summer and I would like to see if it can be repaired for this summers yard mowing. The mower is in our commercial garage on East Layton Avenue in Cudahy so you can work inside if you prefer. Plenty of space. In terms of payment, you will have to advise on how much you would like to get paid once you know what's wrong and what it will take to get it going.
