Description

Orianna is a juvenile common boa constrictor. She was surrendered on 2/21 and is a wonderful little boa. She originally had some stuck shed coming in, but this came off with higher humidity levels. Orianna loves food and enthusiastically eats frozen/thawed rodents. She is friendly and non-aggressive, but does have a typical boa feeding response. We do believe she's female, so she will reach lengths of 7-9 feet and will need a large enclosure when older. Her adoption fee is $75. PLEASE READ! If you are interested in adopting Orianna, you need to fill out an application at www.bewildnc.org/apply. Read the application carefully and answer the questions thoroughly. Above all, be honest! Research the species you would like to adopt in advance and consult multiple sources, we are happy to answer questions. Adopters agree to pick-up the animal in Durham within 7 days of their approval. Due to the current pandemic, adoptions will be performed with social distancing in mind.
