We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at our Pineview Estates community in Port Huron, MI. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Compensation: Based upon experience. The company offers competitive salary with benefits, including 401k plan, paid vacation and holiday pay. Start Date: Immediately Duties to Include: ∙ Maintenance of buildings & units ∙ Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate ∙ Minor plumbing & electrical repairs ∙ Snow removal Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical required. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools. Job Type: Full-time
