Lifestyles Property Services is looking for a hard working, motivated Maintenance/Porter to start ASAP at one of our onsite Condominium Associations. Applicants must have reliable transportation, while seeking full time employment, with the flexibility to work 1-2 weekends per month. Must be dedicated, reliable, respectful; and willing to work as a team. We offer good working conditions and opportunity for advancement. Prior experience in Maintenance is preferred. Pay starts at $15.00 hourly and after 90 days includes: Company paid 75% of Health Insurance costs, $10,000 Life Insurance Policy as well as accumulated Paid Time Off.
