All American Water Restoration, Inc. is currently looking for a "Certified" experienced Water Damage Technician. They are seeking a candidate that can provide exceptional customer service, the ability to show genuine care and compassion. As a Water Mitigation Technician you will be responsible for responding to water damaged structures. This person is the first person that enters the structure after the damage and they need to be able to make the customer comfortable that their property is going to be handled with the best care. A ‘can-do’ attitude, team work spirit and a desire to do more than required are important attributes of the right candidate. Benefits: • Health Benefits after 90 days of employment • Simple IRA • Paid Vacation, paid holidays, sick days Compensation: • Base salary: $16.00-$18.00/ hr. • Eligible for Technician Incentives • Company Vehicle during work hours • Cell Phone Responsibilities: • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers • Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and moisture content in materials. • Extract water from flooded structures • Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets • Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required • Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies • Maintain and clean assigned vehicle • Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed Requirements: • 2 plus years’ experience in water mitigation • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently • Strong communication skills • Must be able to read and write communication in English • Bi-Lingual is a plus • Must be able to be “on-call” • Must have a good driving record and able to pass a background check
