Description
Property Management looking for a full time handy man/ maintenance tech.
- Must have own transportation
(ideally a truck, but not a requirement)
- Must have own tools
(you don't need a workshop full of tools but enough of common tools to fix most projects)
- Working phone that takes pictures
- Lives relatively close to Anderson Township or Mt Airy
- Hourly position between $15-$17 an hour.
-This position is for someone who's looking for work consistency 30-40 hours a week (flexible)
- Can operate alone and solve problems without help or can at least watch YouTube to learn new trade skills
- Everyday and every job is different so if solving problems is what you like to do and don't want to be a robot factory worker then this job is potentially for you.
