Must know AND do the following: Caulk Spray Pressure Wash Paint Climb ladders (if you are afraid of heights, do not apply) Have His or Her own tools Wear white painter clothes Reliable transportation Valid driver's license 40 + hours (some weekends Required) *Drug free work place *Drug screening to be conducted at time of hire Hourly rate to be discuss at time of interview and based on experience.
