Need to: Finish running rough plumbing and electrical, replace some floor boards and sand/stain floors, Miscellaneous small inside repairs, Run supply lines on toilet, sink, hot water heater, tile floor and tub surround Tape and bed drywall patches. install kitchen cabinets and counter, sink, disposer, faucet. Paint inside and out. Install side fence section. Mow and rake and trim bushes and trees. Haul away all debris from the job.
