We are currently looking for an entry-level admin that is looking to gain experience in small business operations.
Needed for this job:
- Attention to detail (a small test will be given at time of interview)
- Admin experience (Microsoft Office, Google Mail and Google Suites)
- Willingness and curiosity to learn more
We are a small catheter manufacturing business so we are looking for one person to help around the office with a variety of tasks. The ideal person must be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and be okay with every day being a little different.
Some responsibilities include:
- Admin work such as scanning and data entry
- Assisting the catheter team in doing QC (training is provided)
- Assisting the polymer tubing team in doing scheduled project packets (training is provided)
- Helping the inventory department in pulling items to fulfill orders
- Being a right hand to the Office Manager in day-to-day operations
