Description

ACR is looking to hire a Concrete Project Manager to oversee our concrete and asphalt projects: specializing in ADA compliance including, but not limited to, sidewalks, ADA ramps, ADA parking etc. • Must have ADA construction experience of 2 years+ • Will assist in ADA design and layout • Will manage concrete crews • Will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Meet contractual conditions of performance • Review the work progress on daily basis • Prepare internal reports pertaining to job status • Plan ahead to analyse, manage and mitigate risks • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques • Proven working experience of at least 10+ years in construction management • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards • Understanding of all facets of the construction process • Excellent time and project management skills
