Temporary helper to Maint. Manager position to get some odd jobs done like carpentry, deep cleaning, painting, grounds keeping at commercial property (restaurant). Spring cleaning time! You must have the ability to lift up to 100lbs, willing to work hard and efficiently, be ON TIME and experience with basic carpentry is a must. 1-3 weeks work but may be some more opportunities for the right person. Preferred you have some basic carpentry tools as well.
