Small assisted living facility looking for a maintenance person/driver. Applicants must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a 12-person Ford Transit. Applicants should have basic experience with home, vehicle, and building maintenance. Job duties will include, but are not limited to, yard maintenance, physical plant maintenance, bathroom and kitchen maintenance, and driving residents to and from their day program. Weekdays and weekends available.
Requirements include:
1. High school diploma/GED
2. Clean driving record
3. Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
4. Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities
5. Must be able to prove maintenance experience
