NEEDING ONE-TWO INDIVIDUALS (COUPLES/TEAM work better) COMMERCIAL CLEANING AFTER 3 P.M. Growing cleaning company with too much business for our current employees to handle. We offer commercial cleaning services to Hillsborough County and the surrounding areas. Experience not necessary for the right person willing to learn. If interested, please email, with your acknowledgment that you fulfill the minimum requirements, why you are interested, with your days and hours of availability. Locations: in Brandon, Tampa, Plant City. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply room Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Related keywords: janitorial, janitor, custodian, cleaning Job Type: Part-time Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
