I am seeking a loving, forever home or foster until a forever home is found for this precious Momma dog that was left on the streets of Tijuana, MX after having a litter of 7 puppies. Her "Owners" let all of her puppies die on the street and left her with a prolapsed uterus which means she would have died a slow, agonizing death of infection as well as starvation. They were not feeding her either so she is very malnourished. I saw a post a nice Mexican lady put on Facebook in Spanish seeking help for this dog, translated it into English and was horrified at what I read. I know a very kind Mexican man who lives in TJ and asked him to go rescue Hope. After being actually hurt by the first vet, which cost me $4,000 pesos, Hope spent 8 nights at the 2nd vet before gaining her US Citizenship yesterday. She is spayed, vaccinated and the sweetest girl ever. That second vet cost me over $2,000 pesos more, but I decided on day 1 that I would not let money be the reason Hope lost her life. She is only about 1 year old. I hope someone has room in their heart and home for this AMAZING girl!
