Skilled and experienced technician needed to perform household repairs and routine maintenance services with other duties, tasks, and projects as needed in property management. Help supervise properties in responding to tenant reports/requests and execute routine services. Part time position with weekly hours and occasional increase in hours for apartment turnover and projects. Could be ideal for someone in the trades who needs an extra day of work or the semi-retired individual who wants a few hours. Room to grow into more hours and responsibility. Small local property management company hiring for part time position. Starting at $20/hr Preferred candidate is a jack or jill of all trades but a master of none. Who is experienced in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work around residential homes. They know how to hang a door and open a drain. They can clean a gutter and put in a vanity. They are comfortable with trouble shooting and problem solving related to household systems, appliances, and heating equipment. They are professional and courteous around tenants. Work can include: Interior and exterior repairs. Apartment turnovers. Improvement projects. Trash and/or snow removal. On call/ off hours response.
