Help with deck building and other construction projects

THIS IS NOT W-2 WORK Current work West and South Suburbs. I am looking for a couple of people to help with the following. One with General construction knowledge who is not afraid to carry things, lift things or work as an educated helper/labor One who is a Carpenter. If you have your own tools that's fine but not necessary Anyone looking to work as a carpenter will have a tool belt with tools. This is a gig, not a full-time job. Thank you for your consideration.
