Looking to hire immediately. We are currently seeking full time crew members for mowing, lawn maintenance, and landscaping. Salary considerations will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience, reference checks, and professional demeanor. Pay range is typically between $10.00-$11.00 per hour (again, to be discussed during interview). We work Monday through Friday typically starting at 7am (some days later). Some weekend hours as needed due to weather. Some days we may work longer than 8 hours to complete a lawncare route, or a project. Some weeks could be part-time and some weeks over 40 hours, weather dependent. Applicants should possess many of the following qualities: • Enjoys working outside and are able to keep a steady pace • Good attitude, works well with others • Clean, neat and professional appearance and attitude • Comes to work on time (start time is 7 AM ) and honors commitments • Must have own transportation to and from work in Munster • Know how to operate maintenance equipment (lawn mower, trimmer) • Must be legal to work in U.S. & be able to provide necessary documentation • Valid Driver's license preferred, but not required About Cutters Edge, Inc.: We are an established Lawn maintenance / Landscaping company who services commercial and residential properties.
