Services we offer that you can learn: • Interior reconditioning which includes; leather repair, cloth repair, vinyl repair, carpet repair, headliner repair, plastic repair • Exterior reconditioning which includes; paint touch up, buffing, scratch removal • Windshield repair • Headlight restoration • Wheel rim repair and recoloring • Key Replacement/reprograming • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) • Photography of dealer’s cars to put on their websites and marketing platforms Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide non-mechanical automotive interior/exterior reconditioning and other services to automotive dealerships using our approved system • Drive the service van to the dealerships and service cars on their lots • Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude and be able to build positive business relationships with our customers • Meet established weekly and monthly production goals following training • Keep the service van clean/organized inside and out Job Requirements: • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience is helpful but not required. • Must have good visual acuity and color vision • Must have physical dexterity to bend and kneel • Must be able to work well independently and be self-managed • Must be able to use current technology, GPS, emails, phone apps • Must be dependable and punctual • Good communication skills essential • Willingness to learn and great attitude required • Non-smokers preferred (most facilities are non-smoking) • Must pass a drug screening This is an outdoor job; applicant must accept that all job functions will be performed outdoors, in possible extreme hot and cold conditions, with the exception of severe rain or snow.
