Fabrics & Findings is looking for a full time upholsterer. Friendly team based working environment. We are open to hiring an apprentice or an experienced upholsterer. Apprentice starting responsibilities: Tearing old fabric off furniture, pick-ups/Deliveries, Workshop Maintenance (Sweeping, organizing, taking out garbage). An apprentice will work their way into upholstering smaller projects (Dining seats & Outsides) and then eventually fully upholstered chairs and sofas. Upholstery is a 5+ year apprenticeship Experienced upholsterer responsibilities: Upholstering fully upholstered furniture (Insides & Outsides), cutting parts and cushions. Sewing is not a must, but a plus.
