Compensation: Driver/Crew Lead: $22-$25/hour depending on experience in the moving industry + Tips Requirements: Be reliable, professional and friendly Have effective communication skills Be able to pass a drug test and background check Have reliable transportation and communication Have a valid WA driver's license and a clean driving record (No CDL required) Have at least 2 years of professional moving experience Duties: Drive a 24' box truck Lead a crew to execute moves carefully and efficiently Fill out paperwork neatly and completely Process payment with customer Interact with customers in a friendly manner Efficiently load/unload truck without damage to items or surroundings Lift/carry/push/pull 100+ lbs. on a consistent basis Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Paid training Sick pay Overtime pay
