Condominium Community searching for experienced On-Site Maintenance Technician 20 - 30 hours per week to work closely with our current property management company. The Maintenance Technician will be the point of contact for contracted service providers, basic grounds maintenance, trash/compactor duties, daily pool/spa maintenance, conduct property inspections for maintenance issues, report any resident complaints or disturbances to the Property Management Company in a timely manner and misc. other duties as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, excellent communication skills and able to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis. Salary DOE
