Construction Foreman

We are a small construction company seeking to expand and grow our company, and we need an experienced and able Foreman to lead and work with a small growing crew in the field. We are multifaceted and currently have a focus on residential remodel/renovation work such as; siding, replacement windows, complete renovations, additions, framing, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, sheetrock, paint, tile work, finish work, carpentry, trim. We are looking for someone with a balanced array of skills in each of these areas, or at least, most. Someone who can oversee and manage one to several other workers on a given project, who can be trusted with company tools/vehicle and company credit card. Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in the industry and references. Drug use is not tolerated in any capacity and will be screened for. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible with work hours, depending on the job and schedule, although a standard M-F workweek is typical.
