How would you like to have Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off? Our growing team works Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7am - 6pm. You can pick up 10 hours of overtime and still enjoy 2 full days off. We are looking for associates willing to work at a steady pace for 10 hours per day, lifting up to 50 lbs as we unload tractor trailers and load up pallets and conveyors to meet daily shipments. Some associates will be assigned to Picking or Packing but everyone chips in and helps with organizing, clean-up, and freight handling. We are located on the Southside of Indiananapolis at County Line Road with a Greenwood address just off I65. Very easy commute from anywhere around Indy. Ideal candidates can stand on their feet for 5 hours without a break. Lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting will be required. - General Labor starts at $17 per hour with potential for $18.50+ Quarterly bonus after 3 months - Leads start at $20 per hour - Shifts are 7am to 6pm either Sunday - Wednesday or you can select Wednesday - Saturday if you prefer. - Overtime is available but not required your first couple weeks / 5 Day work weeks are common in the summer - Pre-Employment Background Checks are required.
