Looking for a laborer with some construction knowledge with residential remodeling experience. If you don't consider yourself a laborer because you have experience reach out to me. I'm looking for someone I can train to start running jobs and to build a crew around. I do higher end bathroom, kitchen and whole home remodeling. You must have some basic tools. I have extra chop saws, table saws and power tools for the right guy.. The more tools and experience you have the more money you can make. I do a lot of tile work, building sun rooms, vinyl plank flooring, minor electrical or plumbing and pretty much anything residential related. We do not do service calls or any kind of property maintenance. Just home additions and remodels. I'm looking for someone who's willing to learn and grow. Must have a professional appearance, a vehicle and a license. You may be required to drive company truck for material pick ups. You must be sober. I'm from colorado I don't care about weed. I care about tweakers, alcoholics and junkies. If you have a problem don't even waste my time. I will see through your bullshit so move on to the next post. Pay is negotiable. This job will start at 15$ an hour for an experienced laborer. If you have experience and can prove you can run small jobs we can talk the 20-25$+ an hour. Pay is weekly.
