SMX has the perfect position for you in Lebanon, IN with our Client (Skjodt-Barrett). We're currently hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift associates. Job Responsibilities Orient, flatten and sort finished pouches. Count pouches to be ready for packaging into display cartons. Open shipping cases, insert display cartons and tape shut. Assist with palletizing as requested. Communicate with team leader regarding quality or operations. Issues that need attention. No Experience Necessary. Can read, write, and speak in English or Spanish. Proficient at basic addition or subtraction. Steel toe boots or shoes required. All other PPE will be provided by employer (hair nets, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, uniforms and face masks/face shields). #CB Food Production Associates must be able to work one of the following shifts: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am • Temp to Hire • Full Time • 3rd Shift • 2nd Shift • 1st Shift Associate Requirements • Background Check • Able to Lift 40 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits • Casual Dress Code • Climate Controlled Environment • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Earn up to $15.40 We look forward to you joining our team!
