Our State of the Art Manufacturing facility in the Park 100 area is looking to add entry level staff for both our warehouse and our production facility. We do modest lifting and work at a steady but manageable pace. We do have production goals and metrics to help us meet shipments but it's not a high stress environment. We value our team members and invest in them long term. Many of our jobs are skilled trades that can take a month to get the hang of. We are looking for someone that can pass our pre-employment criminal background check and someone that is interested in growing with our team for years to come. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Day shift is 7am - 3am and Night Shift is 3pm to 11pm. Responsibilities: Attendance is our top priority - We do have an attendance policy / point system. Process and package orders accurately. Inspect products for defects and damages. Keep warehouse/Production clean and organized daily Organize warehouse space and stock when requested. Contribute ideas on ways to improve Requirements: Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Keen eye for detail. Team player with organizational skills. Ability to follow verbal instructions. Proficient at reading, writing and speaking English. Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand on feet 8 hours a day.
